Trace heating cables for frost protection and temperature maintenance up to 200°C

RAYCHEM HCH/HCC mineral insulated (MI) series resistance trace heating cables are suitable for low temperature maintenance applications such as long pipeline heating, condensation prevention and ramp heating. The trace heating cables have a copper jacket for enhanced mechanical strength.

  • Sheath material: copper (optional HDPE over-jacket)
  • Continuous withstand temperature: 200°C (reduced to 80°C with HDPE over-jacket)
